The history of our real estate agency

We started as a family-run agency, pioneering the Paris rental and property management market for an international clientele. Established in 1992, when high-quality property management services were scarce, our agency initially opened under the name IHS (International Housing & Services).

Thanks to the quality of our services, we have developed a vast network of clients and expanded our range of offerings. These include rental management for furnished and unfurnished properties, advanced technical management, flat renovation and furnishing, and a transactional service for buying and selling property.
